Spival S.p.A. is a family business that was founded in 1953 by Mr. Vasco Spinelli and it's still managed by the Spinelli family with the aim to follow a long tradition of technology and the art of cleaning accessories. Spival was settled in an industrial district specialized in brush making that's famous around the world.

Today it employes about 50 people and covers 7000 square meters near the center of the Larciano village in the heart of Tuscany right in the middle way from Florence to Pisa.    

THE COMpany organization:

The company is organized as follow:

• Technical Department responsible for the design of new products, moulds and production machineries even on customer request, very specialized on brush making and moulding techniques in order to help the customers to develop new products.
• Workshop charged with the production and maintenance of moulds and production machineries, supplied with the latest technology.
• Moulding Department that counts on 30 injection moulding machineries  from 50 to 1100 tons of pressure, very experienced on several kind of material and techniques as the gas injection moulding technology and the over-molding system.
• Tufting Department that counts on 16 computer controlled tufting machineries to supply to the customer a wide variety of brush types and dimensions, moreover disposes of the special tufting technology called “fusion” for floor polisher brushes.
• Strip Department charged with  the production of straight or modelled strip brushes of several size and for the production of industrial brushes.
• Recycle Department with the purpose of recycle all the plastic production discards, equipped with machineries which  recycle all  kind of plastic materials.

Spival completely focused in suppling quality goods and services to its customer. Infact it is certified by DNV since 1997 to be compliant to the ISO 9001:2008; it has also received from the most important customers all around the world quality degrees and Free Pass.
